hi . you may start with fruit juices (musambi/orange) or mashed bananas/apple, boiled and mashed rice with moong / masoor Daal . start with very small quantity and gradually increase depending on your baby. continue this for the sixth month and later you can add variety of veges also depending on your baby's taste and digestion abilities. do check with your paediatrician before starting. they may also recommend cerelac .
